AN ORDINANCE GIVING AUTHORITY TO THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR TO ISSUE EXECUTIVE ORDERS TO AUGMENT ANY ITEM IN THE APPROVED ANNUAL BUDGET 2010 FOR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICES FROM SAVINGS IN OTHER ITEMS WITHIN THE SAME EXPENSE CLASS OF THEIR RESPECTIVE APPROPRIATIONS

This ordinance grants the Municipal Mayor the authority to issue executive orders to augment budget items in the approved 2010 Annual Budget using savings from other items within the same expense class. It is enacted in accordance with Section 336 of Republic Act 7160.
