AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SPEED LIMIT OF ALL KINDS OF MOTOR VEHICLES RUNNING WITHIN THE POBLACION OF DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR AND PROVIDING PENALTIES IN CASE OF VIOLATION THEREOF.
