AN ORDINANCE NAMING OFFICIALLY THE MUNICIPAL STRUCTURE POPULARLY KNOWN AS DUMINGAG GYMNASIUM AS "DUMINGAG CULTURAL CENTER" (DCC) AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE REPAIRS, IMPROVEMENTS AND COMPLETION THEREOF.
