ORDINANCE PENALIZING ANY ACTS OF VANDALISM IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG

This ordinance penalizes acts of vandalism, including the willful destruction, defacement, or marring of public and private properties such as trees, signs, billboards, and walls within the Municipality of Dumingag. It aims to prevent and control vandalism to promote an ecological balance and beautification of the municipality. Violators are subject to fines and/or imprisonment.
