AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5 - PARAGRAPH A. RULES AND MECHANICS FOR ACCREDITATION UNDER MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 1, S. 2005 BY PROVIDING ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT TO SUPPORT THE REGISTRATION OF NGOs FOR ACCREDITATION BY THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN

This ordinance amends Municipal Ordinance No. 1, s. 2005, by requiring all Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) to submit copies of their approved Constitution and By-Laws as an additional mandatory requirement for accreditation by the Sangguniang Bayan. It applies to all NGOs operating within the municipality to ensure legal operation under the law.
