AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE USE OF ALL SIDESTREETS OF POBLACION, DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR AS AREAS FOR REPAIR, MAINTENANCE, CAR WASHING, VULCANIZING AND PARKING AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF
