ORDINANCE CREATING DUMINGAG TECHNOLOGICAL TRAINING SCHOOL (DTTS), DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR AND PROVIDING MECHANICS FOR IMPLEMENTATION AND FUNDS FOR ITS OPERATION THEREFORE.

This ordinance creates the Dumingag Technological Training School (DTTS) to provide vocational and technical education for high school graduates and adults in the municipality. It establishes the operational mechanics, budgetary requirements, and administrative structure under the management of the Local Government Unit.
