AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 2.3 AND 5 OF ORDINANCE NO. 40, S. 2002 ENTITLED, 'AN ORDINANCE FIXING RATES FOR THE RENTAL OF THE LGU HEAVY EQUIPMENT OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR.'
