AN ORDINANCE LIMITING/FIXING THE EMBALMING OF HUMAN MORTAL REMAINS/CADAVER WITHIN THE FUNERAL PARLOR OR EMBALMING HOUSE ONLY AND IMPOSING FINES/PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF.

This ordinance mandates that the embalming of human remains must be done exclusively within a licensed funeral parlor, shop, or embalming house within the municipality. It prohibits embalming in private residences or public places and imposes progressive fines and imprisonment for violators.
