Women and Children Programs

Dumingag's programs for women and children involve coordination among social welfare, health, gender and development, youth, police, barangay, and other service partners. Activities may include public awareness, protection referrals, family and child support, health services, youth participation, and emergency assistance.

Municipal Ordinance No. 11th-21-2024 establishes local responsibilities for emergency relief and protection for children before, during, and after disasters and other emergency situations. It reinforces the need to prioritize children in preparedness and response planning.
