AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE PLANTILLA POSITION OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OFFICER 1 WITH SALARY GRADE 11 (SG-11) IN THE HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OFFICE OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR.

This ordinance creates the plantilla position of Human Resource Management Officer 1 with Salary Grade 11 within the Human Resource Management Office of the Municipality of Dumingag. It establishes the qualification standards, mandates the corresponding budget appropriation from the General Fund, and orders a partial reorganization of the personnel plantilla.
