AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE ESTABLISHMENT/OPERATION OF BOARDING HOUSES, LODGING HOUSES, TENEMENT HOUSES AND DORMITORIES WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR, AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF.

This ordinance regulates the establishment and operation of boarding houses, lodging houses, tenement houses, and dormitories within the municipality to protect the health and welfare of citizens, particularly students. It establishes operational requirements such as sanitary permits, building code compliance, and safety measures, and imposes penalties for violations.
