AN ORDINANCE DECLARING ALL IDLE, VACANT OR NEGLECTED LOTS OF POBLACION, DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR, AS CLEAN AND GREEN PROJECT AREAS OF PUROKS.
