AN AMENDATORY ORDINANCE CREATING THE DUMINGAG MUNICIPAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT OFFICE (MDRRMO), CREATING THE PLANTILLA POSITIONS AND ITS PROVISIONS, PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFORE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
