AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE DUMINGAG ORGANIC CULTURE OFFICE (DOCO), CREATING PLANTILLA POSITIONS AND PROVIDING FUNDS FOR ITS OPERATION THEREOF.

This ordinance creates the Dumingag Organic Culture Office (DOCO) under the office of the Municipal Mayor to advocate, teach, implement, monitor, and assess organic culture, organic farming, and arts in Dumingag. It establishes plantilla positions, qualification standards, salary grades, functions, programs, and budgetary requirements for the office.
