AN ORDINANCE GRANTING REAL PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTIONS TO ALL LANDS COVERED WITHIN THE ANCESTRAL LANDS OR DOMAINS OF DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8371 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE "INDIGENOUS PEOPLES RIGHTS ACT OF 1997 (IPRA)"

This ordinance grants real property tax exemptions to all lands covered within the ancestral lands or domains in Dumingag, Zamboanga del Sur, in accordance with Republic Act No. 8371 (IPRA). It exempts these certified ancestral domains from real property taxes, special levies, and other forms of exaction, excluding portions used for large-scale agriculture, communal forest plantation, and residential purposes or upon titling by private persons.
